National Campaign to Increase Gender Equity

A national campaign has just been launched that encourages all individuals and organisations into making achievable change to increase gender equity in their workplace – and you can take part!

100 Days for Change is a grassroots, action orientated initiative to empower as many people and companies as possible to make all kinds of large and small scale changes, across all industries and sectors.

The campaign is run by Women & Leadership Australia in partnership with the Australian Gender Equality Council and the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

It’s easy for you and your organisation to be involved. You can:

  1. Spread the word by telling your friends/colleagues about www.100daysforchange.com.au
  2. Pledge a change that you will implement between July 1 and October 8 and let us know about it via the website or by using the hashtag #100daysforchange on social media.
