The WA Occupational Therapy Association is the peak body representing Occupational Therapists in WA since 1952. The WAOTA provides many member services, such as professional representation on state and national issues affecting OTs, high quality professional development events, a monthly newsletter, access to journal databases, discounts on private health and indemnity insurance and an electronic CPD recording facility. In addition to this, joining the WAOTA is an opportunity for you to become more involved in your profession, beyond your workplace. It is a great way to find out about issues affecting the broader profession, meet new people and contribute to the ongoing development of the Occupational Therapy profession.
